Setup Fee (3-6 months)
Base fee covering embedded team resources, platform access, licensing partners, processing and scheme costs and other third-party partner fees during the development phase.*

Revenue Share
Ongoing participation in the financial performance of the solution, including revenue streams such as interchange, foreign exchange, rewards, lending, and savings.
5-15%
Equity
Minority ownership in the venture to align long-term incentives, reflecting contribution of infrastructure, compliance, and growth resources during and beyond the development phase.
Each partnership is structured individually, with the mix of fees, revenue share, and equity adjusted according to the industry, maturity of the team, and potential of the concept.
*In most cases, this fee is covered from Card scheme incentive deals or partner grants.
